Customs and Import Charges

  • Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

We also like to be 100% transparent with our customers. Since we find unique items from all over the world, shipping times can be a little longer and it's not unusual to have delays due to low stock from frequent buyers.

We can’t promise delivery times. We can’t control delays caused by the weather or the postal service. If the maximum number of business days has passed and your package is missing, please reach out to us, and we will assist you the best way we can.

That's why our shipping can take 10 - 25 days but don't worry, our customers usually receive their items in 10 - 15 days or less. Sometimes in 3-5 days depending on where you are purchasing from in the World.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@divinshop.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.  You will receive notification of shipment within 3 to 5 days of shipment.  If you have not received notification of shipment within one week of your purchase, please contact us at support@divinshop.com

ORDER TRACKING

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We provide the order's tracking code to the email that you filled down when placing your order. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Also, you can track your order on the Track My Order page using your tracking code.

Please not that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.  

 
WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you received the tracking number/ID.

 
ORDER CANCELING

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.

All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

You must contact us within 1 business day of placing the order to arrange an address change.

Please contact us at support@divinshop.com and provide us with your order number. If we’re at fault, you can send us back the items and we’ll send you out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).

 
MY ORDER ARRIVED, BUT I WANT TO RETURN IT.

We want to make your life easier. Please send us an email with the subject "RETURN [order-id]" at support@divinshop.com and we will check your request ASAP!

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

Refunds will be credited in your original form of payment or store credit. If you paid via credit or debit cards, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank withing 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned items or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
